As voted on at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, assessments increased to $836 with overflow parking being $212. The first half of your 2026 Assessment ($418 per lot) was due by March 31, with the second half due by August 31. Please make checks payable to Caliente Casa de Sol. Payments must be drawn from a U.S. bank account. Overflow lot payment of $212 is due by April 1. The front office will begin contacting residents on the waitlist around mid-April regarding available spaces.
